About Me

I qualified as a Beauty Therapist in 1994.  I began my career as a spa therapist on the cruise ships.  I provided a range of luxury spa treatments to an international clientele.     I then joined Decleor UK, a leading aromatherapy skincare company, based in spas and salons nationwide.  I worked as a Therapist, providing specialist facial & body treatments and skin-care advice.  I later joined the training team  were I trained therapists to provide professional aromatherapy based facials and body treatments treatments  within salons and spas throughout the UK.

I was a Lecturer in Further Education, teaching and assessing students in a range of beauty and holistic therapies.  I spent time teaching in Glasgow and London.

In 2004, I joined Castlemilk Stress Centre and provided a range of therapies and stress management services  to  support clients living within the local community.

Following lockdown, I decided to set up my own therapy treatment room as I wanted to continue to offer holistic therapies to help people live healthier and less stressful lives.  With regular treatments, a person feels more relaxed about life and lives with a better sense of health & wellbeing.

I have been practising yoga for over 23 years and started teaching in 2014.  I qualified as a Yoga Therapist in 2022 and now offer Yoga Therapy on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.

I combine the tools of yoga with my therapy treatments to offer clients a natural and effective way to relax, destress and take valuable steps towards maintaining and improving general health & wellbeing.

I strongly believe that self-care is an essential part of looking and feeling good throughout life.
